I just want to know if it’s not posible to open the questions on a new tab, like it was before (clicking on ctrl + question), with this new release?

It appears you're specifically talking about doing this from a dashboard card. I tried this on MacOS throughout the app, and command+clicking on a question link opens it in a new tab everywhere except for dashboard card title links.
I've opened a new github issue to track this bug:

Reporting/Dashboards
Command/ctrl+clicking or right-clicking on question titles for cards on dashboar… ds no longer allows you to open that question in a new window or tab. I tested this on Chrome on master, but [another user reported it on Windows](http://discourse.metabase.com/t/can-i-know-why-its-not-posible-to-open-the-questions-on-a-new-tab-like-it-was-before/1538) (unsure which browser).
**No `new tab` or `new window` options in the context menu:**

**But those options are present on question links in the rest of the app, like the Questions list:**
