Custom Fields for permanent use?

Hi,
I hope I was just not able to find it and there is a solution already - it would be a huge benefit. We have our revenue in cents in our database (due to decimal issues) so for every question I create a custom field revenue in ct/100 = “Revenue in EURO”.
I am not able to do that with the metrics function (as far as I think?) and I have to do it for every question again.
Is there either a way of creating “permanent” custom fields that are shown for every new question or is there a way to build a metrics with /100?

This is not currently possible, but we’ll be building on the field values remapping feature that was included in version 0.25 by allowing users to do more complex value-to-value remapping and transforms:

Just wondering is this is possible now? I see the github issue was closed, but I’m not sure how to implement this.
