In my company it is common to use BI to view and extract data in CSV (we use Tableau). Is it possible to extract data with Metabase in CSV format? If so, are there any limits?

Yes, when viewing a question, click the little down-arrow-icon to the right of the query toolbar.
(In the upcoming 0.33 release, the download icon is in the bottom-right corner of the screen)
Exports are limited to 1 million records.
