The title basically says it all, because of this “normal” and automated upgrades are not working. I guess somebody forgot to update the latest tag?

Yesterday I had the same problem but it seems this problem was solved today.
Yes, this issue should be resolved now. We had an issue with the script we use to update to the latest tag when putting out new releases. Apologies for the inconvenience.
