How can i download at public network environment

Hi,
My metabase version is v0.33.3!

My metabase server installed at Intranet environment, ip addr is 10.0.0.10, port 3000,
and I mapping a public network port 4000 on our switch. My switch public ip is 47.2.5.15.

I can visit my share link with http://47.2.5.15:4000, but when I download the result , it cannot work, and I found it seems visited 10.0.0.10:3000(just my Intranet environment).

How can i download the reslut at public network environment, thanks for any help!

You have to set Site URL (Admin > Settings > General) to whatever you want as the sharable URL, so in your case, that would be http://47.2.5.15:4000
