How can I rearrange table fields? [solved]

Hi, I want to re-arrange table fields so that I can show data in an organized format when I see the result of the question. Right now fields are not in proper sequence like i.e.
First Name
Zip Code
Last Name

I want fields should visible like this:
First Name
Last Name
Zip Code

When viewing the table, click the cog for settings. Gives you this:

The 3 lines to the right of the field name can be used to drag the fields up and down to reorder.
