I’m trying to create a generic dashboard that can be duplicated and edited for different customer accounts. When I duplicate a dashboard I do not know how to edit my questions/charts. Is there any way to do this?

That is currently only possible to do with via the API.
There’s a request for adding such functionality and in the comments there’s links to a script as workaround:
