Is there a straightforward way to translate messages?
I couldn’t find a standard file with language-region suffix.
If there isn’t a centralized way, could you fix it?

There has been plenty of conversation about coming up with a systematized way of approaching internationalization, but we have not yet come up with a prioritization or timeframe for tackling it.
