Matomo in metabase?

Hi all, do you know how to integrate matomo (former piwik) in metabase? Do I need to use bigQuery or can the matomo API do that directly? does anyone have experiences with that? thanks :slight_smile:

Hi @EvaS
If I remember correctly, Matomo uses MySQL as backend (unless you’re using the hosted solution, where you don’t have access to the backend), so you can add the MySQL as a data source.
