sometimes I have the error when I run the query on MySQL database (not in MSSQL or PostgreSQL)

i find on Troubleshooting logs this line

I get this OFTEN. Not sure of the root cause or solution. A refresh solves it, but still, annoying. I’ve suspected it’s something in my web server but can’t pin it down, and another app (PHP) on the same system doesn’t have the same issues.
