While downloading pivot table format to csv or xlsx data getting download in normal table format instead of pivot table

Isn’t this by design? If I downloaded to csv or xlsx, I’d expect raw data, not formatted to pivot table.

But if data with lots of row then it becomes very difficult to understand raw data.
