Dear good afternoon

When trying to connect to an Oracle database, I get the following message: “Timeout after 5,000 milliseconds”. I’m using the current version v1.1.1, but in the previous version the problem happens too. Could you help me?

Systems Version
S.O: Windows Server 2012
Metabase: Enterprise Edition, v1.1.1 release

Hi @Lourival
So you’re saying Metabase has never been able to connect to your Oracle - ever?
It sounds like firewall issues - or just the wrong port.
Have a look at the log for more detailed errors.
