I wanted to know if there is any way to change the “GOAL” label of a Progress question and also if the value of the GOAL field can be evaluated with a query. I need the goal value to be variable!

I also look for that but as 30.4 we still no option here.
As a workaround, we can update Goal settings via SQL at scheduled intervals. One can use SQL Agent in SQL Server for that.
