Remove user access to questions/SQL

Hi, I’d like to restrict access to some users, so that they cannot ask questions or (especially) write their own SQL. I cannot see how to do this in the Admin Panel, only how to hide tables. Have I overlooked something?

Currently on version 0.18.1, on OS X via Docker.

We don’t currently support that.

We will support that once https://github.com/metabase/metabase/issues/3087 closes, which should be in a few weeks.
