Report Download CSV generates unusable data

On Metabase account https://metabase.cityzen.io/dash/35, using Firefox on Windows 10, I’m trying to download reports (such as https://metabase.cityzen.io/card/86).

On Metabase, the reports are fine and show client names, but when downloaded to a CSV, all client names are converted to a “net.sourceforge.jtds.jdbc.ClobImpl” code that is not usable.

Any thoughts?

You’re using Metabase version 0.22.2, which is almost 3 years old.
Upgrade to a newer version - the latest release is 0.33.4.
Remember to backup before upgrading!
And since it’s a major upgrade, then I would recommend that you read the posts about each version on the blog before doing anything:
