Send pulse reports based on events from a API request

In the UI there is an option to send email or slack now in the pulses, it would be great to have that feature in the rest API so we can send the report when we need to.

I think I may have the answer:
POST /api/pulse/test

That’s what’s fired when you click the send now button (check the logs)
