I’m looking for a way to set up a goal value on a question in a dashboard that would evolve over time (not fixed) : is there a way to do so ?

Currently that’s not possible. It’s the same issue for Progress Bar and probably a couple other places.
There’s an issue open on setting goal value from a query, so go and click the
