Unable to add postgl database

i am trying to add metabase to my aws RDS but i am getting this error
org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: FATAL: database "aa1dbqblzojf4lj" does not exist

also there is no option for :
Database Name - under “Configuration Details”

Are you trying to use RDS for your Metabase backend?
Or are you trying to add RDS to Metabase's database connections?

Don't you have something that looks like this?
