Hitting the 20 day mark since 44 was pushed out for enterprise but still nothing has arrived for this hosted customer. How much longer? Been eagerly awaiting for quite some time

All account owners should have received notification last week that their instances would be scheduled for upgrade this week.
There is always a few weeks delay before major releases are on Cloud.
I am the account owner and the only email I got was back on August 5th.
