Activity broken in 0.39.0.1?

I just upgraded from 0.38.2 to 0.39.0.1, when I open the "activity" page, the activity list is empty and still showing Loading...

I cannot reproduce. Check for errors in Admin > Troubleshooting > Logs, and the browser console.

The logs show some errors, one error is related to other issue, which causes some question is unable to work. Maybe it block "activity" page.
So I added more details to the related github issue.
