I'm using Google Cloud Ubuntu 18.4 with Metabase Docker and proxy Nginx & Let's Encrypt. Public publication of reports has disappeared. Can anyone point out what I did wrong?

Please post "Diagnostic Info" from Admin > Troubleshooting.
I don't think I understand what the problem is or what you have done, but you need to make sure that the Admin > Settings > General > Site URL matches how you are accessing Metabase.
