Can I aggregate by region map?

I added a custom region map in metabase. Is there a possible way to aggregate per region-polygon from the customized map?
I want to aggregate per polygon of the map. Not per String of some state of the data.

No, since the aggregation comes from your data, which is then just displayed visually as a map.
