Hi, have the same problem after upgrading to 0.41.0.
Saved queries don't display in UI query maker.
When I start the query by adding the table, the saved questions didn't display.
When I started with one of the saved questions, this question will be visible for this question maker.

I think there is a bug. The Saved Question option will show if you choose to create new question from the collection.
That is, you have to go to your collection, then click New Question.
I think this way, Metabase will read the contents (i.e. questions) within the collections.

@bigga Saved Questions will always show. Sounds like a different problem than this topic, so you can create a new topic and include "Diagnostic Info" from Admin > Troubleshooting.
