Cant access Database

Hi, I have problems accessing the MitraIT Headoffice database. The message error like this:

An SQLException was provoked by the following failure: com.mchange.v2.resourcepool.ResourcePoolException: A ResourcePool cannot acquire a new resource -- the factory or source appears to be down.

I kindly need help. Thank you.

Post "Diagnostic Info" from Admin > Troubleshooting, and which database type you're connecting to.
And post the full stacktrace from Admin > Troubleshooting > Logs.

@yoseviano You are using a very, very old version of Metabase.
I will recommend that you upgrade:
Remember to backup before upgrading.

@yoseviano I have no idea what is causing this error, but you are using a Metabase version that is several years old, so it's likely something to do with that.
Upgrade to latest release, use Java 11 and don't use H2 for the application database.
