Custom destination in embedded questions

Our company is using Metabase primarily to embed questions into an application. We'd like to be able to give a user the ability to go to a custom URL when clicking on a bar, for instance. I've seen in the documentation that that functionality is available within dashboards. But, we are strictly just embedding questions; so, my question is, is it possible to create custom destinations (URLs) with questions embedded in an application? And, if so, how can I go about doing that?
