Dashboard Subscriptions not showing charts

Hi,

I’m having an issue with Dashboard Subscriptions and sending line charts via email.

I have a question that renders perfectly as a line chart in my dashboard however when I send it via email it is rendered as a table, in spite of the fact it is saved as a chart. It is just a simple single line date / values chart.

We are evaluating Metabase and a potential enterprise subscription vs Tableau, and this is something Tableau can do.

Can someone please advise?

There’s an issue open about the difference between pulses and visualizations. It also goes into details about how/when visualizations are rendered differently.
