When I'm trying to download data in the form of csv or excel format. It is not happening for .xlsx and when it happens after a long time for csv, the file is empty, any idea why???

@ishkabirk Try a newer release. I'm not seeing any downloads in the logs you have provided, so try to only include the relevant parts of the log. But there's a connection timeout at the end, so try to figure out where the timeout is coming from and fix that problem.
i was going through other problems as well, does the empty excel issue is being reported in v41??

can't this be solved without the upgrade??, there are many databases connected to it and with the upgrade, what is the possibility that there might be issues with other kinds of db such as postgres, mysql etc etc
@ishkabirk We've been over this multiple times. You have not provided enough logging details to understand the problem, so upgrade to a later release first. And make sure that you don't have a reverse-proxy causing problems.

I'm on v41.5, the table which i have created is too big to download , even the upper limit of metabase does not suffice it which is 204800 kB and the download is empty which log message as too big of data at row 1. Will this problem be solved if i upgrade to higher versions or i need to reduce the number of columns in it?
In few of my previous questions , mentioned that I'm not able to download the data and therefore i was discussing with @flamber for the solution, I would like to point out that my data was downloading normally if the question was not saved and throwing errors when saved , so just to keep him of one of the possible solutions

upgrade to the latest version of the product and also let us know the question you're facing this issue with (specifically the type of question and the DW connected to it with the structure of the table)
Type of Question: Native Query written and saved as a Question with the date and text/number filters(No Field filters)
Database : Amazon Athena
FYI: The data includes a lot of JSON content which is parsed and flattened into columns
upgrade to 45 with the latest version of Athena and let us know if the issue keeps happening
But another native query saved as a question from the same database but a different table is working fine and the downloaded excel has the data.
Not sure why this particular question is giving an empty excel, even though the data loads properly. Only the downloaded files are blank(all Excel/CSV/JSON files are blank)
