Database sync deleted by error

Hi,

I've deleted by database sync by error and lost all our work.
This is the worst mistake I could make and I'm very desperate.

Can you help me in order to roll-back?

I don't understand what you mean by "sync". Is this related to "sync" or have you just deleted a database?
You'll have to revert to your backup of the Metabase application database. There's no other option.

I mean my database still exists in my datawarehouse, but not inside Metabase anymore.

Can you tell me how we can revert to a backup?
How often are backups made?

@phcastets You'll have to contact whoever manages your Metabase instance. I have no idea who that is. If you are using Metabase Cloud, then you (or the account owner) need to contact support.
