Date Filter Type

Hi,

For variables date, if I choose field filter mapping to the column date. It will show so many date types such month and year, relative date, quarterly and so on.

But when I choose variables date, it only shows single date calendar.
Can we have many option as many as field filter date types?

That is currently not possible. The "Date" filter type is a single date.
