Date format is incorrect after download the xlsx and csv file

Hi Team,

We have designed a report using native SQL in the Metabase. In the report, it is showing "2020-03-20, 01:37:39.589". After downloading the report in xlsx or csv file. If we open download report in Ms-excel or wps excel it is showing the format
"2020-03-20T01:37:39.589+07:00" this is incorrect formate.

We won't actually date format "2020-03-20 01:37:39.589" (As is Postgres DB).

Metabase jar v1.34.2

Please help us on how to resolve this issue.
