Date Linked Filter Not Working in Dashboard

I have a couple of dashboards. One is using a Notebook Query and the Other a Native SQL Query question. Both are behaving in the same way as it pertains to linked filters. There are three filters, Date-Time, AccountID, and WebaclID. If I link WebaclID to AccountID, it correctly filters the WebaclIDs based on what AccountIDs are selected. The user can select a Date-Time range and the results are displayed.

However, if I try to link AccountID to Date-Time, no values are shown when the user sets a Date-Range and then tries to pick AccountIDs. The same result is seen when I link WebaclID to both Date-Time and AccountID, no values for WebaclID are shown.

WebaclID and AccountID are both configured as Category and Dropdown list.

Date-Time points to partition_date_hour with the following metadata configuration:

This is the dashboard which requires all filters to be set before display results.

This is what happens when a date range is set.

Any ideas on how to get this working?
