Hi everybody,

Let's suppose we have two user groups:

  • All Users, the one created automatically from Metabase where all users belong by default, with unrestricted access to Database Test
  • Accessibility Test, with one user that should be able to see just one table of the same Database.

By default, All Users group settings are supposed to override Accessibility Test ones, making me impossible to edit just one user setting without override all users one.

Is there a way to demote my user from all users group/create a group with no reference to all users setting?

You'll need to create a new group to hold your other users. Best practice is to deny rights for pretty much everything for the All Users group. Same as you'd find in any other application/database/os.
