Error - The database has been closed [90098-197]

I am currently running v0.41.1 and my m\Metabase instance is hosted on cloud.
Suddenly I've been logged out from the account and when I try to login back, I am getting the following error:
The database has been closed [90098-197]

Is this an issue from Metabase side or database side? Please help.

You are not using Metabase Cloud. You are self-hosting.
You should upgrade immediately to a newer release:
https://github.com/metabase/metabase/releases/latest
And migrate away from H2 if you are using Metabase in production:
https://www.metabase.com/docs/latest/operations-guide/migrating-from-h2.html
