You have a WAF or reverse-proxy blocking, so you'll need to fix that. It's not an error in Metabase.

but for your info.. if I choose Save as new question it is saved successfully..
@doni Yes, look at the error. Something is blocking PUT requests. When you save a new question, then Metabase use a POST request.
