That’s a very old version of Metabase. Almost two years old. It’s difficult to know what’s going on from that screenshot, but my first guess would be some sort of corruption of your H2 application database.
You should migrate away from H2:

And then you might want to consider upgrading Metabase to latest release - make sure you have backup before upgrading. Latest release is 0.37.0.2:
