when I reload my weeks data in metabase , this new data appears in metabase tables but not in applied filter.
Do you have any suggestions ?

Another question, please how can we put the weeks in descending order in the field filter ?
@souki Field Filter dropdown values are in alphabetic order, you cannot change that currently, unless you change the values you have with a prefix.
