"Goal value" broken for %s for months

"Goal value" does not work for %s because you can't add a decimal or a number type. So if your goal is 80%, the only option is to add a goal of "80", while your data values are visualized on the chart as <1. Easy fix, been broken for months.

Can you post repro steps?

  1. Pull a value and adjust it so that it displays as a %
  2. Add a goal line
  3. Impossible to type a period or percent sign (all goals display as values greater than 1 while all percents displays as values less than 1)

Any update here? This is a clear high impact low effort bug fix. Goal-setting is broken for % based metrics.
