Graph of date vs revenue made in the 30 days preceding it

Hi,

One of the tables in our database is a list of transactions, each having an "amount" field and a timestamp. I want to generate a graph of date vs (rolling) monthly revenue until that date. In other words, my x-axis should contain dates (July 10, July 11, July 12, ...), and the corresponding y-axis values should be the sum of amounts of the transactions that occurred in the preceding 30 days (June 10 to July 10, June 11 to July 11, June 12 to July 12, ...).

I can't seem to find a simple way of doing this so any help would be appreciated!

You seem to be looking for https://github.com/metabase/metabase/issues/8977. The only way to do this now would be by using window functions in a plain SQL question
