I want to group data by week but I want weeks to start on Friday and end on Thursday. Is there a way to do so?
Is there a setting where we could make edit DATEFIRST? Would that work?

You can change Start of Week in Admin > Settings > Localization.
If you are using SQL, then you'll need to do it manually in SQL.
