Hosted Metabase - FATAL ERROR - All Dashboads Down!

Our hosted metabase is currently not loading any of our dashboards or questions and we are getting the following error:

Assert failed: No more than 1024 pending puts are allowed on a single channel. Consider using a windowed buffer. (< (.size puts) impl/MAX-QUEUE-SIZE)

Are you using cache (Admin > Settings > Caching)? If so, try disabling that.
Are you using Metabase Cloud? Can you send an email to support, so we can track the problem?

No we are not using cache, that has always been disabled. Yes we are using Metabase Cloud. I couldn't find any email for support, could you please share it with me?
