How to add a range based filter on a dashboard

Hi,

I have a dashboard that has a question with a lot of numerical values in it. Could you kindly advise how to create a range based filter (like the “between” one we have when we create the question) on the dashboard itself?

For example - I have a speed column. Now, I want to filter all those records that have the speed between 0 and 200. I can a create a filter for this while creating question but not while creating the dashboard.
