How to link local SQL Server DB table to metastore

I try Add Database -> SQL Server, fill in those details of Display Name, Host, Database name, Username and Password, etc.

Then press Save button, it appears:

No method in multimethod 'connection-details->spec' for dispatch value: :sqlserver

I do not how to overcome this.

This looks like a bug, I'm experiencing the same after upgrading to v0.45.
