We have a database connection(Atlas Mongo) synced in metabase. We have now added a new analytics node in mongo cluster. Can I change the existing database host in metabase to the newly created analytic node?

Make sure you have backup.
It sounds like a bad idea unless the two databases has the exact same schema, but I don’t no much about MongoDB. Making such a change would likely break existing questions.
But if you have a backup of the Metabase application database, then you can try just making the change in Admin > Databases > (your-existing-db)
