Post "Diagnostic Info" from Admin > Troubleshooting.
And there's a more detailed error in Admin > Troubleshooting > Logs.

@isabella.springis Yes, you need to include everything that happens, when you see the dashboard error. So if it happened 10 seconds ago, then only include all the log lines around that time.

@isabella.springis There's no error there, so either you are include the wrong thing or there are no errors.
