When I filter with a json type column in a dashboard all the widgets show an error.
However, when I enter in one of those widgets individually after filtering seems that the filter is working.
How could I fix that behavior?

I don't understand what you mean, so please provide more details/screenshots.
Post "Diagnostic Info" from Admin > Troubleshooting.
And any stacktraces from Admin > Troubleshooting > Logs.
