Hi @ReemAFI

I would recommend that you write in English, since you’re more likely to get answers.

You are not providing enough information. Check you settings, firewalls and your SMTP server.
And check the Metabase log for more details - Admin > Troubleshooting > Logs.

Also, you should migrate away from H2:
