Limiting viewable information

I know that access to tables can be given and taken. I wanted to know if i can restrict users to see certain columns of sensible information within tables.

You can hide certain columns, but only for all users:

If you have really sensitive information, then you should create a View on the database, which does not include those columns.

It's possible exclude columns via Sandboxing on user-level:
