I have a dashboard with several linked filters and one of those filters generates an error since it does not show any field value, when I look at the log of my DB it is trying to make a query to a table that does not exist and that is not referenced in any of the sql that I have in my dashboard.

That should not be possible, but post the query you're seeing on the DB.
Also check the log to see requests - Admin > Troubleshooting > Logs.
And post "Diagnostic Info" from Admin > Troubleshooting.
