We’ve got a CNAME and SSL installed, but I can only login when accessing the site from the non-secure domain. With the same log-in credentials on the secured domain, I get the error “Sorry, you don’t have permission to see that.”
Console errors:
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 ()
app.js:16 Error: Object
(anonymous) @ app.js:16
Did we setup something incorrectly, or do I need to reset the app somehow to signup again from the SSL domain?
Solved: Turns out we had our CNAME pointed in the wrong direction.
Any help is appreciated.
