Logins from web app and mac app not finding each other

Hi! I've created a metabase user from the web app. However, when I try to use it to log in in my Mac app, it says the user does not exist.

Is this a known issue? Thanks!

Each instance of Metabase has their own users - there's no global "Metabase login", where you create a user on one instance and use it on another instance.
